Reservation Policies
Special Meal Requests at Our Retreat Facility – Please see the following policy below:
“We are able to provide vegetarian and/or gluten-free meals upon request. Special meal requests should be made at least 2-weeks prior to the start of your scheduled weekend.”
There is a space on the CEE online registration to make special meal requests.
Waitlist – If your desired weekend is full please go to the “Contact Us Page” and send us a message. Our offsite registration team will place you on a wait list. They will connect with you if more room becomes available. We also encourage you to still register and let us know your first and second option for a retreat.
Please register early to secure your spot on your Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend, as spaces can fill up quickly.
Payment – The cost of your weekend covers the site expenses, meals on Saturday and Sunday, and all supplies/materials. For the “overnight retreat option” – the site provides separate overnight accommodations and a private bathroom for you and your fiancé, this is included in the cost of your weekend if you choose the “overnight retreat option”.
Your reservation is not booked until you pay in full. Credit card processing through PayPal is the fastest form of payment accepted, and can be used even if you don’t have a PayPal account!
Cancellation Policy – Any request to cancel made more than 21 days before the weekend is refunded less a $50 fee. Any request 21 days or less from the weekend is non-refundable due to the facilityś policies. For any other reservation requests, please use our Contact Us page, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
