Reservation Policies

Special Meal Requests – Our volunteers will do their best to accommodate allergies. There is a space in the online registration to make special meal requests.

Waitlist – If your desired weekend is full please go to the “Contact Us Page” and send us a message. Our registration team will place you on a wait list and will contact you if more room becomes available.

Payment – Please note that your reservation is not booked until you pay in full. Credit or debit card processing through PayPal can be used even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Cancellation Policy – Any request to cancel made more than 21 days before the weekend is refunded less a $50 fee.
